At LAWZA, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
   
• Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
   
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened chalk products.
   

• You received the wrong product.
   
• Your item arrived damaged or defective.

2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
    
3. Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund.
    

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
   
• Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
   
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
